Candidates with a composite score of 500 in MAT or 50th percentile in KMAT/CAT/XAT/ATMA and an of 50% in undergraduate program are eligible to apply.
Selection process:
The selection process during admissions 2010 will consider the following:
- Graduation percentage: while 50% is specified as the minimum, preference shall be given to students with 60% and above in their 10th, 12th and graduation exams.
- A high score in an international or a national aptitude test.
- Candidates with full time work experience of one year and above will be given preference.
- A telephonic interview will be held with the shortlisted applicants as the first round of screening.
- Thereafter the performance in group discussion round shall be the basis for selection for further rounds of Jain Univesity Entrance Test Process. Emphasis shall be on content, communication skills, body language and leadership ability.
- Performance in test of Presentation skills (TOPS), Topics will be given to candidate well in advance, so that they may prepare adequately. They will be assessed based on content, presentation skills, Fluency, Clarity and Q & A.
- Candidates who qualify based on above criteria shall be shortlisted for the personal interview round. Their overall suitability for the Jain University MBA program will be assessed during personal interview.
