For students of International Business, knowledge relating to 'how organizations function' is vital. It is important to understand key issues in strategy deployment like mission, vision, goals, objectives and so on. It is equally important to understand as to how the different functional areas of an organization work together in realizing the common goal of the firm. Accordingly, students are required to carry out an "Organisation Study" during the break in between the 1st and 2nd semester.
Summer Internship
Internships at Jain University provide an opportunity to gain first hand experience in the industry. They are required to carry out tasks / projects assigned by the company. In addition, students carry out research projects for the industry and they are highly appreciated. These paid Internship projects help the students during final placements. Often their placement confirmation take place during the internship. The 10-week long programme is monitored by industry mentors as well as faculty mentor's who guide the student at every step of the process.
Besides this students involves in live research and consultancy projects for industry.
